This 5-BR villa has AC & ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool, a BBQ, and a multi-game table. Daily cleaning is included. The villa accommodates 10 guests in beds, with folding beds available for a fee to host up to 16 people in total.

Meen was a great host. She was very helpful suggesting resturants and services we wanted. She had water bottles for us when we arrived and coffee and tea for us for an easy am start. This spot is beautiful. It is walking close to a great night market and many shops. It is five separate single suites and a wonderful common area. Perfect for my family of five that need separate rooms. The pool was lovely. There are lovely fruit trees in the property that give the space a wonderful greenfeel in the middle of a very busy city. The two gentlemen that came to clean the common area were very nice and did a good job. A few things I noted.. One very important thing is that the beds are very firm/hard. I am a side sleeper, and it is uncomfortable without a mattress pad. Less important but noted is the fact that not all the rooms have hooks for bathrobes and towels. Specifically room 3. There is a drying rack in the laundry room that can be used, but a hook would be better. This is also minor, but important as the addresses don't translate the same from English to Thai -the name of the property is 8th Wonder, but here it is never named which made it hard for all my drivers to find it. Less then minor but noted, having wash cloths in the bathroom would be nice. Over all a great experience and I would absolutely rent this again.

This villa is an excellent choice for a large group (up to 13 people). It offers a very spacious living room that easily accommodated all of us for socializing and group activities. Another great advantage is its location near a food market, which we found very convenient. A solid recommendation for anyone needing space and convenience.

The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 14! We had plenty of space, with five large and comfortable rooms. We were even provided with extra folding beds, which was incredibly convenient. The location was a huge plus. It was only a short walk to the Old City, making it really easy for us to explore all the main sights, markets, and restaurants. On top of everything, the villa was spotless and very clean. The hosts were also incredibly helpful, recommending excellent restaurants and always being available for any request we had. We also enjoyed the convenience of ordering a delicious BBQ and breakfast right at the villa, which was a huge highlight of our stay. This is the second villa we've booked through The CM Villas, and we are so pleased with the consistent quality. This amazing and spacious villa was everything we hoped for, and we will definitely be back again! I am more than satisfied.
