Perfect stay for our group of 12! We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all 12 of us. We really appreciated the privacy the house offered. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk from Nimman and the mall. Everything was perfect!

This was one of my favourite stays of all time! We stayed for 4 nights, with 5 adults and 5 children. The villa has ample space for everyone to be extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were fantastic, the living room and open plan kitchen was perfect, and the pool area and outhouse chill area was simply brilliant. We also loved the property location, in a quiet residential area, but only a 7min walk to the main road where all the restaurants, bars, night bazaar and markets begin. So for a large family it was just ideal, very peaceful through the day and super quiet through the night, away from the main hustle and bustle. There was a great little restaurant next door serving amazing Middle Eastern food called Sababa which I highly recommend, and I must give a shout out to the lady who ran the place and delivered the best Banana Smoothie(s) I have ever had by whatsapp whenever we liked. Finally, and sincerely despite all above, what made this stay truly superb was the incredible support, communication and guidance that the service team provided via Whatsapp 24/7. A massive thank you to Nim, who met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed whilst we were in Chiang Mai, including great recommendations for dinner and she organised our to/from airport transfers, she was always on hand. Also a massive thank you to Panisa and her team for making sure the place was spotlessly clean throughout our stay...the level of pride and care to ensure the villa was immaculately clean, with fresh bedding, new towels and toiletries really was fantastic. Of special note, as an example of the exceptional customer care, we had a small issue with the Wifi - one Whatsapp message later we had an engineer visit and the issue was fully resolved within an hour. When we return to Chiang Mai, we will stay with this team, either in this same villa, or in one of their other villas in the area (thecmvillas.com). There is nothing that I didnt love about this stay, and the level of exceptional service provided. I highly recoomend this villa, and genuinely endorse this amazing busness.

Gorgeous villa, so spacious. There were 7 of us and it was perfect to relax in after exploring Chiang Mai. Great pool and outdoor area. Would recommend. Thanks to Guy, Nim and his team who were so helpful throughout our stay.

Located wonderfully within the old city, the villa has a pleasant configuration. The pool is welcoming during the hot days, and the rooms well organised for large groups - we had 10. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen area, and the large living room area. A few of the bathrooms are a little slippery, so do take note especially if you have elderly travellers. The crew could provide floor mats if needed. If you need wheelchair access do let the crew know ahead of time. (We were ok to lift the wheel chair for the steps at the entrance, but just take note and ask.) The management crew is very attentive and responsive, before and during the trip. Thanks, Panisa, Nim and team! One of the washrooms did not include a toiletries shelf. (The rest are quite well designed!)

We had the most wonderful stay at our place in Chiang Mai. The space was amazing, everything was very clean, messages were answered immediately, any issue we had was taken care of promptly, and the location was perfect. The staff and managers were very friendly and kind. We would highly recommend staying here when you are visiting Chiang Mai!

We stayed at Villa Savanna as a group of six and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the villa felt like a proper home away from home - beautifully appointed, generously spacious, and in a brilliant location for exploring the city on foot. The facilities are high-end and thoughtfully equipped, and the service from Nim and her team was outstanding - warm, attentive, and always one step ahead. The team helped us organise a BBQ evening which was fantastic - a memorable meal and a highlight of our stay! A wonderful place to stay and a true gem in Chiang Mai. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Our group of 8 adults loved this home. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room made it easy to be together without being crowded. There was a large sectional couch where we could all sit together comfortably singing karaoke. Upon arriving, we had some difficulty finding things, and they were immediately brought to us . The beautiful live edge dining table seated all of us for family styles dinners. The bedrooms were large and beautiful. The housekeeping was impeccable, the place was spotless and organized every time we returned from being out during the day. The hosts were incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. When there was an issue with our private chef dinner, they corrected it and sent different chef for lunch the next day that blew our minds with the food, presentation, and service. Great location with lots of eateries, bars, and days spas just a few minutes walking. This place was remarkable.

Don’t look any further and make this booking now. The property was even more incredible than the pictures online express. It was remarkably clean and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They provide a lot of good information about the town and are very quick to respond to any questions I had. I felt right at home the moment I arrived. They also own multiple other properties that are beautiful as well. If possible and you like the pictures and description, I suggest booking. You can also send them a message and they will help you find the perfect property for you. They did for me, and now I will always reach out to Gali and her manager Panisa before I book anywhere in Chinag Mai.
