The CM Villas

Our family had a great stay and it was easy to walk to temples, restaurants, and nearly anything we wanted during our time in Chiang Mai. The kids loved the pool, and the host provided pool toys and floats and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us with Laundry, transportation and local recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here!

The home is simply stunningly marvelous. Super spacious and absolutely gorgeous. A huge bonus is the beautiful temple right next door. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby and everything else - such as night markets, Jing Jai and malls are within 20 mins max by car. The property mangement team was extremely professional, proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Preciosa villa en el centro de Chiang Mai. Zona muy tranquila para poder descansar dentro de la ciudad. Su parte exterior es como un oasis de naturaleza dentro de la ciudad. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Tienes todo lo q necesitas para una estancia en grupo.

The Rwanda-Naziza was as beautiful as the pictures. There was a team there to welcome us and get us set up including the cleaning crew who came everyday. The hosts were extremely responsive and set us up with a number of tours. Everything in the Old City was accessible and within walking distance of the location. Highly recommend- a great value for what you are getting.

Great location and atmosphere, very spacious villa for family of 5, perfectly equipped kitchen, nice pool deep enough for adults to swim in, zero noise other than airplanes departing and motorcycles passing by, the host was kind and easy to reach! It was a perfect getaway! You might find a few little geckos and lizards sleeping on the lounge chairs by the pool :) We will definitely choose this villa again for next trip. check the exact address with the host before your visit! the water pressure wasn't perfect but was enough to work with :)

This was genuinely the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! It felt like staying in a stunning villa with all the luxuries of a five-star hotel. The place itself was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for groups, making our stay truly special. We were thoroughly pampered with wonderful in-villa massages, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the team even arranged a fantastic BBQ feast for us. We will definitely return there! Pure bliss!

Gali and Fatima were amazing, they were so responsive and always helped with any questions! The place was gorgeous and they had a cleaning team come every day (who were also very nice too!) unprompted and it was a great experience staying at the place.

Our stay at this house was truly outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location couldn't be better, putting us right in the heart of everything yet feeling wonderfully peaceful. The home itself is so comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped, clearly designed with guests in mind. Everything felt brand new and meticulously maintained. The hosts were absolutely lovely and provided us with a fantastic breakfast! It was the perfect base for our family, and we absolutely loved every moment.

We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough, the hosts went above and beyond for us and were very helpful. The place was stunning and the location was great, we would stay here again!
