Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, instalaciones super bonitas y cómodas, y el personal inmejorable. Fuimos un grupo de 11 y nos dejaron todo el hostel para nosotros. La anfitriona nos vino a dar la bienvenida y estuvo pendiente de nosotros cada día por whatsapp. Limpiaban las estancia y nos traían agua a diario. También nos dieron servicio gratis de lavandería, dejamos las ropa y al volver ya la teníamos toda limpia, doblada y ordenada. Experiencia insuperable.

We enjoyed our time in the villa, the host was extremely patient and responsive whenever we had questions. There was an issue with the water pipes in the city but Fatima and team sent help quickly and tried to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Overall a good stay!

Outstanding level of hospitality and care on behalf of the host and staff - made us feel at home.
Location is excellent, quiet area but walkable distance to everything.
Privacy, we were left alone, checked in on by WhatsApp - something we really appreciated. We felt trusted with such an amazing property and if you feel at home, you will treat it like home.
Everything was clean, beds were so so comfortable and rooms were spacious.
The pool are and treehouse are a little retreat in its own way, with views of the temple and the option of listening to the calming silence or your own choice of music without fear of causing a disturbance to neighbours adds to the homeliness too.
I could keep going on and on but will just leave here with one last thank you for everything and hope to be back soon !! Nothing. To us it was a perfect stay.

This is an ideal place for young people who love to go out and explore the nightlife and energy of the city. We highly recommend it!
My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to be in the middle of all the action in Chiang Mai. The area is bustling and vibrant, with tons of great pubs, restaurants, and cafes right at your doorstep. We also loved that it was so close to many of the city's markets and main attractions. We loved being in the heart of everything and could easily get around without needing a taxi.
Beyond the location, the house itself was absolutely amazing. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 14! We had plenty of space, with five large and comfortable rooms. We were even provided with extra folding beds, which was incredibly convenient.
The location was a huge plus. It was only a short walk to the Old City, making it really easy for us to explore all the main sights, markets, and restaurants. On top of everything, the villa was spotless and very clean.
The hosts were also incredibly helpful, recommending excellent restaurants and always being available for any request we had. We also enjoyed the convenience of ordering a delicious BBQ and breakfast right at the villa, which was a huge highlight of our stay.
This is the second villa we've booked through The CM Villas, and we are so pleased with the consistent quality. This amazing and spacious villa was everything we hoped for, and we will definitely be back again! I am more than satisfied.

Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time, and Gali was kind and flexible enough to accommodate an early check-in, as well as a late check-out, which we really appreciated. We had a couple of minor issues with the key lock and Wi-Fi, but Gali was extremely responsive and helpful when we reached out. The house was clean, comfortable, and even stocked with complimentary bottled water — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Airbnb was great ,very clean, comfortable, and super convenient for accessing all the main tourist spots in Chiang Mai. We really enjoyed our stay! Just a small suggestion: it would be helpful to have towel racks or hooks in the rooms to hang towels and clothes. Also, the toilet gets stuck easily, so that might need a bit of maintenance. We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for groups or families. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the place is equipped with many facilities that made our stay very comfortable. Fatima was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our visit.
