We had an amazing stay at Guy’s place. The photos don’t do it justice, it was truly stunning. The location was in a quiet area of the city, but only a few minutes walk to the bustle of the centre. The house was spacious, well maintained and clean. The temple view from the garden was awesome. Guy and his team were easily contactable, answering any questions promptly. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Our group of nine stayed here for three days, and overall, everything was very pleasant. The biggest advantages are its excellent location and the warm and friendly management team. However, a minor issue was the large number of ants. After check-out, the management team allowed us to relax in the living room while waiting for our flight, for which we were very grateful.

We would like to thank the host managers Gali and Nim for their warm hospitality and patient service. Our team had a very pleasant trip in Chiang Mai. During our stay at Savanna–pool Villa, all issues were resolved quickly. The villa has a great environment, is close to the old city of Chiang Mai, and the surrounding restaurants are all very tasty. We will definitely choose it first when we come to Chiang Mai next time.😘

7 of us stayed here for a family reunion. It was a great property for that. With 5 ensuite and big rooms and a separate dining/lounge area to meet and socialise - it was the perfect place for a great mix of privacy and socialising. The whole place was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you needed like Internet tv, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, ironing board and even a karaoke machine! Housekeeping came whenever we requested cleaning and we used their massage services as well, which everyone enjoyed. Good location within 15-25 minute walk of most places in the old town. I only have minor points to feedback re improvements. The pool was cold even during the day and the bathroom floor in room 5 was too painful to walk on barefoot as its too lumpy - maybe some soft bathroom mats would help

Service Service Service. Gali and her team were all about making my group feel as comfortable as possible. A team were at the premise ready to meet us (17ppl) to help unload our luggage and take it up the levels. One helper remained to help rearrange some beds to suit our group arrangements and they were very patient. They didn't leave until we were ready. They have a daily cleaning service (wow! beds were made rooms were tidied up!). They also offered a complimentary laundry service, which blew our minds because we had some much laundry to catch up on! Their team took on everything with a smile. And lastly, when we needed more tissue paper, they arranged for some people to deliver it quickly. Great place to stay and I'm blown away by the service and house. It's cosy and thoughtful and it's in a nice position in the old city. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay while in Chiang Mai! We enjoyed the pool. We loved the large couch and tv as well. Fun layout and great to have bathrooms in each room!

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai if you are with the group of friends who like a little bit of party and cafe hopping. Communication with the host is spotless. They are also providing free laundry service and pet friendly
